[api.met.no] Some smaller changes today

Dear users,


Today we release two new products on api.met.no, mainly for the aviation service, please see documentation on
  * http://api.met.no/weatherapi/sigmets/1.0/documentation
  * http://api.met.no/weatherapi/spotwind/1.0/documentation

There is also a bugfix for the new radar v1.5 (originally released on 2015-11-26) to avoid v1.5 to regress into v1.4 behavior.

These changes are propagating out to our backend servers as we speak, and should soon become visible.


Next planned release will be 2016-01-04, please remember the following, which are already announced:
  * verticalprofile v1.0 will be end of life, as announced earlier, please use v1.1.
  * sunrise v1.0 will start to send http/203, see http://api.met.no/weatherapi/documentation regarding versions and deprecation scheme. Please upgrade to v1.1 before April.
