[api.met.no] locationforecast: Added new optional parameter windGust to xml schema

Hello,

a quick note about a bugfix released just now: http://api.met.no/weatherapi/locationforecast/1.9/schema is now updated and there is added support for the windGust parameter which were released on Monday. This will only affect users validating our xml output against the xml schema(xsd).

Thanks to NRK for reporting the error.
