  * Added support for area, channel and size parameters (when satellite=noaa). All old requests should continue to work as before (default values for area, channel and size are the same as old hardcoded values).
  * Remove qscat as a parameter from polarsatellite as the product was incomplete. For icecharts please see http://api.met.no/weatherapi/icemap/1.0/documentation

  * Deprecate v1.4
    * This old release will return http/203 instead of http/200, following the deprecation scheme, see http://api.met.no/weatherapi/documentation regarding versions
    * Scheduled v1.4 for decommission on 2016-02-15
  * New v1.5
    * Introduce new parameter to size, medium.
    * Moving old images from normal to medium, as they were resized and not following the documentet behavior for size=normal.
    * Images with size=normal should now follow the documentation so that the image maps correctly to grid of the data source ( one pixel for one data point ).

  * Deprecate v1.0
