[api.met.no] Upgrade of several api endpoints today

Dear application developers!

The following changes to api.met.no will rolled out today:

== textforecast ==

  * data sources for land forecasts are changed. Temperature overview is
not available anymore.

== metalerts ==

  * Fixed bug refering to the old metfare product.

== forestfireindex ==

  * updated data source for generating of forest fire index, index is the
same algorithm.

== trondheimsleia ==

  * Trondheimsleia will be deprecated at 2016-04-23
