[api.met.no] Upgrade of serveral API endpoints today

Dear application developers!

The following is now in propagating out to our weather api backends.

== errornotifications ==

  * Expose any error notifications for nordland and trlagnordland.

== geosatellite ==

  * Deprecate v1.3
    * This old release will return http/203 instead of http/200, following
the deprecation scheme, see http://api.met.no/weatherapi/documentation
regarding versions
    * Scheduled v1.4 for decommission on 2016-06-06
  * New v1.4
    * width and height are removed, replaced with size
    * new resolution of images
    * areas america, gulf_of_mexico, spain and east_mediterranean are
removed

== lightning ==

  * Release v1.0 to api.met.no: New product for lightning data delivered in
UALF format.

== metalerts ==

  * Rerelease metfare v0.1 under the new name metalerts which is in English
in order to be compliant with the other names for our weatherapi products.

== metfare ==

  * Deprecate v0.1
    * This old release will return http/203 instead of http/200, following
the deprecation scheme, see http://api.met.no/weatherapi/documentation
regarding versions
    * Use http://api.met.no/weatherapi/metalerts/0.1/ instead. The old URL
will cease to function on 2016-04-04.
  * New v0.2
    * Same as v0.1 as a placeholder in order to follow the deprecation
scheme for the old URL - will be removed 2016-04-04.

== sigmets ==

  * actually ignore duplicate messages

== spotwind ==

  * added coordinate list to documentation

== sunrise ==

  * Extend v1.0 until 2016-06-06 because we need to sort out some
documentation issues with v1.1.

== verticalprofile ==

  * Support more temp-stations
  * Add label with placenames for all temp-stations
