[api.met.no] Network maintenance tomorrow

Dear API users,

on Wednesday Nov 11th there will be some major network upgrades between 
11:30 and 13:30 UTC. Best case scenario is that api.met.no will be 
running at 50% capacity, worst case is that part or all will be 
unavailable for some time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We would also like to inform that we since the last update no longer 
support HTTP Content Negotiation using Accept headers (actually it was 
never officially supported nor documented, but due to problems with 
caching we had to disable the experimental feature). To get JSON output 
you now have to specify it directly in the URL like below, but note that 
this still is also an experimental feature and not officially supported:

https://api.met.no/weatherapi/locationforecastlts/1.3/.json?lat=60.10&lon=9.58

We are working on a new version of locationforecast to be launched next 
year, which hopefully will have a native JSON format as well as having 
better performance.

Lastly note that the temperatureverification service had fallen out of 
use and was discontinued on November 1st.
