[api.met.no] DNS problems with api.met.no 30.may 2019

Hi all users. We have had a serious outage with api.met.no this morning. I
apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you all!

An outage in our internal systems caused DNS for api.met.no to become
unavailable.

So, when your local caches of the api.met.no DNS entry timed out, you could
no longer reach the service. This issue went on from about 6 CET to 09:40
CET.

We are still working on fixing some secondary issues caused by outage, but
most services should be working normally now. One exception is that
/weatherapi/nowcast has no fresh data at the moment. We are working on
fixing that now.
