[api.met.no] Changes to Radar, Sigmets and MetAlerts

Dear API users,

we have some new products, mainly of interest for Norwegian users.

Radar have been upgraded to version 2.0, with new parameters, new areas, new 
sizes and a new projection. GIF animations will not be deprecated though. We 
urge you to update your applications to use the new version soon as the old 
version 1.5 will be terminated on May 15th.

We also have a new version 2.0 of Sigmets. As before this delivers both 
SIGMETS and AIRMETS, but now also included wind shear warnings. You can now 
ask for each type separately, but by default you will get all in the same 
response. The old version 1.1. expires on May 15th.

Also, some of you may have noticed that about half of the municipalities in 
Norway got new codes ("kommunenummer") this year. For various reasons this 
is somewhat time-consuming to implement, but for MetAlerts we plan to change 
to the new numbers soon, most likely on March 17th at noon. This does not 
affect the API interface, but if you are extracting kommunenr from the CAP 
files you should start searching for both old and new numbers ASAP.

Lastly, the deprecated LocationforecastLTS product expired on Monday, but as 
the replacement Locationforecast/2.0 is yet not out of beta, we have decided 
to extend it for an undefined period.
