[api.met.no] Service disruptions

Hello api users,

we are experiencing network problems with international traffic, inside
Norway everything seems to be normal. Our Internet service provider is
aware of the issue, which started during scheduled maintenance on one of
the international hubs. Currently the traffic to the API is down by 50 %.
Unfortunately we don't have any more information so hard to say how long
the problems will last.
